I still can’t walk. I went for a run on Wednesday and did SOMETHING to my legs that wasn’t supposed to happen. I stretched beforehand, it was more of a jog than a run, it was no longer than 4 minutes, and I can’t walk properly.
My calves are in bits. I can’t walk properly because if I lean forward my calves will be in agony. They also keep doing little popping twitchy things by themselves when I’m not moving.
